i am pretty experienced, i can take on just about any job, i am looking for a village or just a few people just starting to become a village PM and we can chat. I would highly suggest having a mine.

I am curently located all by myself, the village next to me went to pot but they made me Lawgiver so i could salvage what I needed.

i have the raw parts to build a new village claim and have located a mine that needs said claim building around it so the personal claim can be removed.

Thus a Mine and small Village can be built rapidly

Here is a small map of my immediate area, Mine is approx 10 min boat ride to the north and appears to be abandoned
