Giving away my homestead

I met a cool dude and decided to move to his village but I feel bad about my homestead let alone to crumble to dust and I thought somebody might want to take care of it =)

This is a good opportunity for newbies. The place has a farm with all types of crops about 30-40QL, there's 26QL fish in river right next to it, I started growing some trees, there are also 25-30 QL water and soil sources nearby. Oh, and there's 25QL clay too, so basicly, you got everything you could need for a start.

After I discuss the details of my move I might even leave good QL iron tools and weapons that I got from the nice dude =)

But please don't hasitate coz I want to move ASAP.

Oh, the place is located in center of the world, between Sodom and Everlook, so you got good markets nearby to buy high QL stuff you might need.
