Where the hell am I?

I was with a village that went inactive (as did I) and after several months I decided to log in, but evidently our village was ransacked or somesuch and my hearthfire was lost. Now I'm not sure where I am and would like to either join a village or at least find villages near me to trade with for metal. If anyone can help me, it would be much appreciated.
