Farmer looking for a town to settle(farming 90)

Recently I was involved in a small cozy town with some guys i know.
We had metal, high q water , soil , clay , cattle, even metal. Basically everything a hearthling could want.
But I choose to leave. don't ask why. Now that I left my village I am finding a new one to join.

I have every skill except for swimming and things related to crimes ( murder, tresspassing).
Got 90 farming, and willing to spend more points on it.
Personally I think myself as a professional farmer. I know that 90 farming is nothing special, but obviously I am no noob

Which means I am NOT willing to join someone without things settled up quite nicely.
If you want to invite me, you should either be able to tame cattle, or you should have an access to metal(don't really care that you have a mine or not.
traded metals included).

Oh and I got pretty decent amount of perception and exploration, so I can do some scavenging too.
