Looking for an established village

Hello, i am looking for a well off village with a mine (iron please). The villagers in my village have left for sodom though they do come back and forth.
I have been very inactive and plan to be very active.
My skills, mainly hunter and farmer, but i can do much more if need be.

I wont join any village without a mine, wall, houses,and trustworthy villagers.
Some form of voice or off game chat is wanted
