Looking For Central Supergrid Village

I need a village in the central supergrids to oath me over as I am currently bound to a Charter Stone so I cant spawn in the wilderness, and I dont feel like sailing south for days. I would be very appreciative to anyone willing to oath me over.

He wants to start again with the same character in the centeral super grids, thus he wants someone in the centeral grids to let him join their village so he can teleport to their claim so he can get to the centeral super grids.
