Noob looking for a home

My stats are all pretty noob, I have a 9 in carp but a 1 in everything else, I got the basic skills. I'm willing to invest in another skill set if it means getting accepted into the village, I'm willing to do anything but i need to escape the wilderness, I've almost gotten killed by passerbys twice.
