/W.4] Player looking for group.

I am looking for a group of people to begin the new world with. I would require no tutoring as I am familiar and have dabbled with nearly all game mechanics outside of raiding. What I am looking for in the group is a strong sense of direction (goals) that I feel is worth our time in working towards. I have discovered in past scenarios that I don't enjoy being a leader but rather greatly enjoy being a follower meaning I don't mind getting told to do reasonable things (What skills to invest in, what/where/how to set myself up). It would also make things nice if the spoken language was english and we shared somewhat similar playing times, as I think it'd benefit everyone. I am not concerned with the way things get done but I am really just hoping for an efficient, well organized, yet fun to be around group/village of players working towards to the well being of everyone.

I have access to all(?) the popular voice communication programs; vent, TS2/3, Skype and figure myself mature enough to use them.
I don't care if you wear animal suits around the house or travel with a group of gypsies in real life I am just searching for a nice organized party to begin the new world with.
