The door's open, the claim is gone, and the key's somewhere in the main house. The crops are q10-30, so it's nothing seasoned players will likely want, but first come first serve.
I'd show the location on havenmap.tk, but it's down half the time. It's northwest of Black Thorn village, at least (which I think is north of Brodgar?). So yeah, hope it helps someone.
