NDR is recruiting villagers, and I am Seeking an Assistant

Hello Hearthlings,
I am the Lawspeaker of New Dragon Republic aka NDR and I am seeking a person to be my assistant and we are recruiting new villagers.
NDR is still relatively small with about 8-10 active players, we are situated next to a lake, and have a man made grass land and although we don't have a mine as of right now, I am working to obtain one, I have enough contacts that i can pretty easily trade for metal when it is needed. I can provide just about anything if asked.


GENERAL RULES FOR VILLAGERS
1. No Griefing (griefing = the malicious and intentional destruction of another players property, and/or causing another person misery for fun)
2. No Clear cutting (clear cutting = the mass deforestation of an area and making massive amounts of buckets, cutlery, etc. out of all of the resulting logs for LP)
3. No stealing (self explanatory) If you need something that bad just ask me and I can probably get it.
4. No murder (self explanatory) Unless you have a really good reason, or if you're just killing your alts to add skeletons to your yard to give it that foreboding look, I need to know before hand so I don't hunt you down for it as I will pick up the murder scent.
These offenses will not be tolerated and are punishable by restitution or death depending on the severity of the crime.
5. If a dispute with another villager or player occurs, tell me please so it can be solved before it get's unnecessarily ugly.
6. Villagers are to be respectful to other villagers and their property
7. No Trolls.

I'm not terribly strict, but my brother is (he will kill you if you give him a reason to, treat others as you would want to be treated and we should have no problems.
Every villager gets their own area to do with as they please.


APPLYING FOR AN ASSISTANT POSITION
New and old players are welcome, depending on which assistant position you are after.
Must be active players and willing to take orders from time to time.
To apply, just message me via the forums. Tell me a bit about your self and why you want the position.

POSSIBLE LS ASSISTANT POSITIONS

- Shear the sheep, milk the cows, feed both (seeds for fodder will be provided), separate newly matured male animals from the females. (full instructions to be given to the chosen assistant).

3. Repair Person
- Repairs stuff (buildings, ovens, etc.)
- Position open to new or old players

Assistants will be given a backpack (if they do not already have one) and a merchants robe to make their tasks easier.

NOTE: You will not be given the merchant's robe right away, I don't want to give the position to somebody who just wanted the robe and runs off with it.
