Looking For a Village

I am an experienced player, but sence one of my friends killed me, and my alt with 9k lp, Ill have to start out new, but the only things I ask for is:
A NICE community
An active community
A iron, or copper and tin mine
Food
Cows (Maybe sheep)
And thats pretty much all.
