Anyone who lives near Ticondertoga city?

I play this game almost week now, and I travelled a lot. I found a nice place in grasslands near water, where I build my little farm. But it's not fun without other players.
The Ticondertoga appears to be abandoned Russian village. There are some other claims all around, but they looks abandoned too.
Ok I found some sleeping dudes by they sleep a week right now. So I'm asking, is there anyone who lives nearby and its active player?
