Greets peeps

Well did the wagon trek and i found my mine and i'm bored. I remember how fun it was having peeps who depended on you for stuff and such.

What I'm looking for:

A village with a Palaside or Brickwall surrounding it or it's vital areas.
A village with mine and has no problem giving my alt access to said mine(prefer iron, but i'm good with copper/tin combo)
A village that doesnt have 12 yr old kids or the mentality of a 12 yr old kid running it.
A village that's organized and doesnt tolerate freeloaders.
A place to call my own(claimed land) either inside village or within vicinity.(not talking about some 5 by 5 plot btw)
A village that considers themselves "Goodguys" My deffinition of a "goodguy" to help out the community, to not bully/harm the helpless or newbie. and Basically the village, as a whole, are not a bunch of asses. If your members goes out and steals, vandalizes and plunders, your not a good guy.


What you'll get.

2 characters(both me) main is full nature with my my lowest skill(excluding melee, stealth, and smithing) @ 40, and my miner/smith alt with a 30ish smithing and str. So i can be a hunter/gatherer/cook/smith/tanner/carpenter/herbalist
A peep who likes to help and do his "job" (in me last village i was the cook/tanner/hunter/smith and i kept peeps with a lot of bread(so as not to mess up thier FEP's) peeps got skins and leather if they needed it. as well as metal tools and charcoal
A person who is funny, likes and uses vent or TS, and is dediciated.
A player who loves doing village projects Provided that most of the village is doing said project at that time(dont ask me to build you a bloody road from here to BFE by myself)
