Starting a Newbie Village

So I started a few days ago, and I've decided to start a camp for newbies. It's based on a conifer forest, you know fir trees and redwoods. We have a Q17 Ball Clay spot, plenty of trees, and a mountain is nearby to the north. I'm working on getting some WWWs to get a farm started somehow.

I have also found sand near us a good 5 minutes away.

Alright, so I've got 2 kilns built up and now we can produce 6 pieces of leather at a time, still looking for more members!

i would happily join this village. The thing is , i am really a newbiw and i have no idea how i would get there...
