New to the game, looking for a partner!

I'm pretty new to this game, (Just been playing a couple of days) and I would like to start a new settlement with maybe a few people? I currently have a house and patch of tilled land, but a bear managed to sneak into my fence when I wasn't looking, and is now repeatedly killing a random person. So I'm thinking of re-rolling because this bear is not leaving. Any takers? EDIT UPDATE: 3 dead bodies outside of my fence now...haha. X_X
