Mercenary Recruitment

I am currently looking to see what the possibilities were in hiring people to take out a village.

This would take place in the NORTH supergrids.

Village is brickwalled, but doesn't have a lot of members. (to my knowing)

My village is capable of supplying decent enough equipment to any in need.
We also have almost all types of resources for payment, including but not limited to pearls, silk, steel, etc. (just no gold/silver)
The village to be conquered will most likely have quality stuff too, as they are well off.

If a person has access to everything but gold and silver and wants a place that has gold and silver and hire's mercs to get it....... why would a merc want to hand over gold or silver for pearls and steel as payment for services.....

oh wait... let me ponder a bit more....

if the merc was a good merc like the good peeps from the central grid, then why would they want to commit criminal acts? and again if mercs were the bad mercs, why would they hand over the gold....

oh and maybe not just the gold but takes everything the person has that is hiring them.......and kill them as well and take everything......
