You can check the scents which lead here and try to summon perpetrators. All the herath fires in this village were destroyed.

Former Citizen of Malaz here, I'll give you the story

Whiskeyjack (Chieftain of the city) was on an alt mining while his main was outside the mine
not paying attention 4 Russians came by and struck him down while he wasn't looking.

The 4 men acquired the city keys and I guess went on all out hunt to wherever these keys may belong too

Myself and other citizens where scrambling about to secure the safety of the city, the 4 men found me outside side the city and ambushed me, can't say what happened next because after they killed me I got off the computer for a bit to do other things

As for me, I'm done with this game for awhile. I have some important things to do in about a week that'll leave me on a hiatus of this game so playing on a new char will be pointless.

I will remember and honor Iskar Jarak a.k.a WhiskeyJack, who only sought to do good for the world of Haven & Hearth

I have an interesting theory as to why these 4 men were so hell bent on the destruction of Malaz.

I responded to post
viewtopic.php?f=18&t=15717

I told my village that I was going to visit this person and locate the perpetrator

Whiskey decided to come along, after we met the victim we followed the scents all the way to here
http://algeralith.info/HavenMap2/?x=-24 ... .71&zoom=9
(-26,5)

We met an alt of a member who lived here and he knew who Whiskeyjack was from W3 and knew we were from Malaz.

Malaz being some what the Regulators of Justice in the NW of the world we were determine to try and catch this thief.

we came to the town a second time only to find a few more members, Turns out this place is a den of criminals who other people want dead also. we left again because this place was walled off and the crooks said some friends of theirs were coming and we didn't want to be outmanned

My theory is that Fearing Malaz would soon take out this small village of thieves they called some buddies to take out Malaz.
