I withheld information on purpose to draw out on conclusions, and it looks like the "hiding thief and murderer" is just a lame excuse because this is H&H, where people kill for different reason, as one can murder to protect another (but the game describes all killings as murder). Also, you said Russian H&H forum, which lead to YOU acknowledging its at the work of a Russian player(s).

EDIT: The "hiding a thief and murderer" makes you sound like some government hot shot who's scared of repercussion after some guy realized some kind of truth and tried to reveal it, so they label him with false pretenses to use fear against the peoples around him.

Not sure if this is related, but there's some connection between the odditown gangs to this, as they both attack without discussion, and extorts others (unless they feel wronged by someone, of which they want to wipe out a town).

I think I know how Amity got wiped out.

EDIT: My leader says the thieves and raiders were from the village A.D. and that they all have steel weaponry, meaning they are already pretty high up on the 'tech' tree and now they pretty much attack and kill everyone else because they don't have any other things to do (by the time you have everything needed to make a army, you might do that too).
