Doesn't jorb still help break the wall in instances like this? I believe that sealing people in with palisades is considered uncool and against the rules.

I don't even understand why it was against the rules in the first place. It's not like when building a wall in real life (lol rl I know) that you can't do this shit to other people. God doesn't come down and say "Not cool man, gotta change that".

Can't say for sure but it would seem to be because it's just a major fuck you to newbies at no cost. In w3 you didn't even need yeomanry to extend a palisade and seal someone in. If you're going to fuck someone over, it seems to have a minimum cost of 20k lp and goes up to 100k lp.

Edit: It also prevents reclamation of property and character as, if you can't build a ram or break your own hf, you're trapped and even if you die and come back, you're trapped. So for the cost of some blocks, you can screw a character and all future generations of that character over. Even with murder and 200+ unarmed it's hard to accomplish this feat.

Someone got sealed into their palisade and made a thread about it, and I suggested to them to pm Jorb. Jorb responded thusly.

I have stopped doing this. It's too much work. Take care to avoid the situation in the first place.
