It's just my standard procedure to destroy everything owned by thieves/murderers. I didn't know this guy had friends up north, nor did I know anything about him. If the guys at Serenity had told me anything specific about the scents before I went off, I may have did things differently.

This guy was a Hermit Ranger who lived with 3 Inactive farmers. Good ranger, Nice guy and not from my past experience of ahving him near valuable things a thief. No connection to any other village by Synesta (Peaceful Traders) my own village and Ivalice.

Call it a Ranging-spree. I force summoned 4 people that day, and killed 3 that were trying to stop me from getting into a thieves den. Those keys were all duplicates (originals thrown in a lake ;)) that I gained that day.
