I tried to decipher your post best I could and all I can say is - it's fine that your union is playing agressively and it doesn't really bother me. Hell, I think it adds some excitement to the world. But as far as I can tell the butthurt ones are your players, being butthurt when people call them ass-holes, because they're ass-holes.

PS This world will be not the same as previous, we will kill everybody who will try to attack us or our forts. And I don't gonna prove anything here, or excuse for anything, but will work on finding villages of people talking that "thats AD, and that AD" without any proves... Its easier to send people in their village, and post butthurt post here, saying - "and thats really AD did...". If you need to win the fool in discussion, you need to get on his level, I'm not gonna do it, I choose other way.

you previously stated you would not do any harms to those who dont do any crimes. but now it sounds like when/if a part of your group does crimes to others and they try to get the lost back, you'd harm them first no questions asked? (and, no, i am not talking about the op here with this question. this is a general question.)
