Again, the guy took advantage of a flaw by entering the gates on the brief moments they were opened, they were at war, among several other circumstances which you insistently ignore by repeating the same garbage again. Really? It's stupid to shoot random people who walk around my central storage area? Alright.

The OP could have assumed that because people were going in and out that the town was friendly and that it was open to the public. I'd shoot someone in my central storage area too if they refused to leave or stole, I wouldn't shoot them immediately if I was stupid enough to leave that gate open. That's my mistake and randomly killing people would bring trouble. You like to operate on assumptions, I ignored the 'at war' bit and the reason as to why the OP may have entered because it is conjecture and we can go back and forth until the end of days with 'what if'.

OP clearly gave his reasons and they're fine for me. You're the one operating on assumptions, not me, I'm operating under the information given by the OP. It's just a newbie and he will move on. If you want to kill the guy for "being stupid" (he wasn't even the one opening the gate from what he mentioned btw), then good luck with that.

There is no conjecture. You walk into someones city uninvited, you are taking a risk. If you get jacked, your bad, not mine. If you want to live in happy flower land where everyone fa-lala's while skipping and blowing each other, be my guest, I live in the real world. You come in my house, you better be strapped cause I am and I will push your fecal matter in as fast and as hard as possible.

Feel me bro?

The OP failed to respond to hails. So he was jacked.

The rest doesn't matter. This talk about "you kill people in a video game, you must be a sociopath" is both stupid and retarded. I mean, people are free to come take revenge. Keep in mind we are the epitome of power gamers, If you're coming, come heavy or don't bother.

I read everything you said, you're obviously not keeping up with the conversation. I don't know enough about what happened to really bother with traveling across the world to help some random guy. I didn't imply that anyone was a sociopath and neither did I show interest in helping the OP.

Discretion <-- look it up. It's something everyone should practice. From the random newbies who do get killed for entering open gates to the idiots who leave gates open and shoot said newbies for walking through them. A smarter place is a better place, work on it ;-).

Discretion - the power or right to decide or act according to one's own judgment; freedom of judgment or choice: It is entirely within my discretion whether I kill you for being in my city, or not.

Are you sure you read everything? I suppose you forgot to read this:

You're playing with semantics. It was your choice to take my usage of the word discretion out of context. It can also be interpreted as the ability or power to act responsibly. In my opinion acting responsibly requires operating as an objective and analytical thinker who reacts appropriately to circumstances in a logical way. The word 'opinion' is the disclaimer, we're never going to agree. You're probably an asshole in real life where as I am not, I prefer to avoid hurting others where possible.

Arguing with Osium, even if you were right which you aren't, is useless. He will win the argument and then find you in game and kill you for wasting his time. Thats just how he rolls.

That I stated right after that line that making assumptions is a waste of time? You guys are very good at taking things out of context. I argue that senseless killing is senseless and still meet a brick wall. Good play boys, good play.

Your inability to separate fantasy in a video game and reality in real life is telling. Please tell us how you're a really cool and fun guy who is in no way assholish.

See, I am about to school you with your own argument. In my opinion, the inability to differentiate between real life and a video game is an assholish trait. In my opinion drawing conclusions about someones psychology or behavior in real life based on a video game is assholish. I've already called you out on this, remember the whole "sociopath" bit? Right.

I think you're an asshole because you have a moral superiority complex in a VIDEO GAME. You think I am an asshole because I don't. I guess we're both assholes then?
