Seriously, anyone can get yeomanry within a day, then you're in the clear since it'll probably be a week before anyone has theft. You could build yourself a construct post fence and then they're useless until they can get vandalism, I think. These things aren't even worth complaining about, and they're definitely not worth making lifetime enemies over. Theft is to be expected; if you care about your stuff that much, take measures to protect it.
