So...I'm just gonna call this "Lucky Ambiguity - Skeptic Book".

Yeah, I just went to websites of unusual english words and picked the ones with nice meanings. I intended the village name to mean "The Line That Wards Away Evil", and the thread title to mean something like "intelligent thread".
