Serial Killer MIDWEST*, Screenie/scents.

Here is a screenshot of a location in the midwest area of the world of a killers camp, he has been killing/raiding everyone nearby. He ran away when I arrived after killing a friend of mine. This location is south of the town 'End of Infinite' and a plains area with 'Russia the best' stomped into it. I intend to kill him but any help is appreciated, he's good at doorhopping.
