This world started from attacks on russian speaking people, for fun and for profit. AD wasn't showing anywhere, we planned to start silent and peaceful, but as always we was forced to unite and work together to stop this. So called "fighters for freedom" was killing everybody around using as excuse - fight against AD.
So I will write this as warning... everybody who attack without reason, stealing, vandaling... you will be targets for our rangers and will be tracked if people come out as our friends or trade partners. People who will not use criminal skills will not have to worry.

It's like a part from walking dead:
"Anyone who kills will be killed!" <-- Says the policeman who killed others before mentioning this to his group of survivors.

If you tell everyone in your group to "Kill ANY murderers" and you kill, hence murder a murderer, your group member will kill you, then each other.
