Any help getting stuff back?

So, I'm still fairly new here, as y'all can see by my join date, and I already had my stuff all stolen/destroyed once just after starting. Fair enough, lesson learned, saved up to get Yeomanry and get a claim.

Last night though while my character was sleeping, someone came into my claim (including in my cabin) and took a bunch of my stuff. In some ways it's not as bad - they didn't just destroy everything they didn't take, like the jerks did before, but they seriously set me back in some ways by what they took, including some of my critters I finally managed to tame. I tracked them to a nearby spot, but they're behind a palisade and I can't get in to get the stuff.

Any chance of getting any help with this, and what would it take? I have no metals at all, and what stuff I do have is of limited quality, but... depending on what you ask, I might be able to do something to repay. I know where I am (and they are) on the world map, not far northeast of the place marked Narnia, but how do you get/give the precise coordinates?

Or should I just give up hope of getting my stuff back? (I thought palisades were more expensive than they are, and I know I want to expand so I didn't want to set concrete borders yet but... I guess I'll just have to look into building *something* out beyond my claim, and hope at least THAT helps. Like I need the hassle. -_- )

Just build palisades, you can always make a new one and keep the old one's gate open if you want to expand.
However, measuring out a good sizeable space to live first should be pretty easy as well.

*sigh* I guess. Of course, no one's stopping someone from breaking down the gates if they really want my stuff, which makes me try to figure out if I really want to even bother, since I'll just keep losing what I build up anyhow. -_-

Well, I guess I'll work on a palisade, of course one of the things they took was my (small) stash of bones and glue, so even that's going to be fun. Oh well, thanks!

Also, palibashers are still pretty rare as thats like 780 str with pickaxe.
Battering rams are a whole other story, just be sure to claim a few tiles over your walls and in time remove all trees and rocks within a huge area surrounding your pali/claim.

Sucks, because it necessitates brickwalling anything to be safe.
