Bowerstone Siege - Brickwall Island

We found this a bit disconcerting, a person(s) have come just south of the Bowerstone republic and built this brick cornerpost with obvious intentions to tunnel into our village with this island. First, unless I'm mistaken, this is an illegal move and the fist of Jorb will strike this island (hopefully). Secondly, I want to know who built this and why are you trying to get into our village, we are taking this as an aggressive action and deal with it as such.

Sail over to the island and seal the corner post.

It's still drying and we're taking our counter measures already. I just want to know who is doing this and why.

It will buy them some time to prepare fortifications. Or expand the village claim over to the island and removing the personal claim.

Why would this be an illegal move? Digging into enemy bases is a legit tactic. I suggest you palisade any mine holes inside of your walls.

I believe it's illegal because vaulting with no way in/out is against the rules?
I could be wrong I'm fairly new :)

Please don't mess with our lovely peaceful village whomever is doing it </3

To my understanding, the "illegal" part would be a brick wall built such that a battering ram could not be built next to it. Also, even if there were no mine-hole, apparently there is a glitch where you can tunnel underneath a village, build a HF and spawn on the ground level.

1. Using the HF bug to get into an enemy base is not legal.
2. If they can't get a ram to the island to break down the wall, then it's illegal since the only way to break down brick walls is by ram.
