what i do is google russian keyboard, then the 1st site you get you can manually type in the letters, and then copy paste it into google translate

Google Translator has virtual keyboard. When you select input field, in lower-right corner of it appears keyboard icon. Click on it.

Its called google translator noobs, it may not translate 100% perfect but youll be able to understand what they are saying.
