How much copper 15-19q for a soldier sword or the mats for a nice q?

We don't sell good-quality weapon yet. Not for basic mats at least. Still can offer low-q (~25) for 16 points, which renders in 32 copper bars (yep, somewhat overpriced - but we are not really like weapon trades).

A statue raises the authority cap by 20k, or something similar.
