I need leather because;

1, I need to make important things.
2, I'm too lazy to get it myself
3, I don't have an attack option
5, I skipped # 4.
6, No bones or animals whatsoever.

2 would be fine, any more would be great.
If anybody has leather, I'll be glad to trade something. I'm quite a newbie so I don't have very great things to trade and neither do I get this 'Apples for oranges' thing or how I'll reach you to tradeo r how you'll reach me to trade... All I know is that I NEED LEATHER. NAO.
Common things in my forest are Fir boughs, pine cones, Spindly taproot, Ant hills, Stray boats, NO BONES OR ANIMALS WHATSOEVER.

Dear sir, how can you explain the situation, when i being a mere passer-by, wandering in the woods searching shrooms and berries, make a proposal of sharing some of what i have in luggage to a stranger (free of charge, just as beau geste), i get rejected in a very rigid way?
