What plant gives plant fibers?
EDIT: I got the plant fibers but its not working when I try to make a Dream Catcher

Hemp and flax give fibers I believe. I'm not sure if they fixed that bug where you can't plant flax.
Dream catchers require YARN, shear a sheep for wool, then spin the wool at a spinning wheel to get yarn.
Fibers are used to make linen, I'm not sure what else it does.

how do you shear sheep?

With an axe in hand you have to find a sheep (can be hard to find...check by populated areas and cows) then right click the sheep and the option of "shear" shows up...if not it may have been recently sheared
