I am just wondering but what happens when you log out without a Hearth Fire?

Which plant do you need to harvest to get yarn then?

Yarn is made from wool at a spinning wheel. You probably need the cloth making skill for this.

I mean which plant gives you the plant fibers?

To get yarn take out your axe, right click a sheep and shear. Then you need to find and borrow a spinning wheel to spin the wool into yarn. Or you could make your own spinning wheel but you can probably just find one that it wouldn't hurt to use.
