Does tea have multiple harvesting stages?

I know carrots do but I wondered if tea does too?

On a similar note, is it just me or has the stamina boost from green tea been lowered?

I've left tea on the crop for a while and not seen any different graphics. It kind of deserved a nerf though; maybe black tea will be stronger?
