when it crashes, the data do not always get saved at the same time. if you had just finished the gate when the server crashed, it is most likely gone. very unfortunate for you, but you need to bash your gate to rebuild it.

Try opening the gate a couple times. If it won't give you a new key you are screwed.

I don't know why you feel the need to push in. You didn't really add much. I wanted to know if the server saved in the state before he got his key allowing him to remake it.

basically, once its finished building, you cannot reobtain the key.
the server saves at different time depending on inventory, map, houses and such. that is how some stuff get duped while some stuff disappear after a crash. when the server is back up, the last saved data get used, but not all are saved at the same time.
i felt like blaming you was a much better option than blaming loftar for this.

Well that fixed one problem but now it says "your security configuration stopped the execution of autohaven.jnlp" when I try to open autohaven.jnlp

Essentially Java started blocking anyone who wasn't corporate to try to seem like they were stopping malicious software from kicking in. They changed a lot of mundane things, threw around buzzwords, renamed 'low' security to 'moderate' and 'moderate' to 'high', etc.. The worst that they did was block 3rd party users, such as independent creators, by default.
