Hey, I've spawned on something like an island, and most of the land says "this land belongs to someone" (or something like that).
I can't even pick apples, I'll starve to death. (Hopefully I managed to craft a kuska to drink water, tree not in red area).
Oh and there is a boar on the island I'd like to build some trap but don't know how to, I don't really want to go close it seems nervous.

Help.

You can either make a new character and hopefully spawn in a better area, or try to grind cone cows to buy boat building, then leave the area.

you can't build traps - you'd need to hunt either with sling or bow, or kill it with Unarmed or mellee weapon - nothing what you can do yet ... you can just catch rabbit and chicken for which you just need hunting skill

Arcanist is right - best is to just make another char and spawn wild somewhere else -> go up the ladder

so uh I just got palisades around my little settlement but I need to get more to claim the rest of the land, I need 30k points, how would I go about getting some easy lp? any curio recomendations?

It all comes down to what materials you have access to and what quality they are. Also, what your Per*Exp is, as a lot of foraged curiosities tend to give high lp payouts for relatively short amounts of time.

If you can find them: Peculiar Flotsam, Ruby dragonflies, EdelweiB, Glimmermoss, Bloated Boletes, and Chiming Bluebells are excellent and quick lp. Higher quality cone cows and bark boats are good lp too. I'm also partial towards Prince Charmings, Enthroned Toads, and River Pearls but these may not be realistic for you to acquire.
If you have access to metals then you can make a Tiny Abacus and Bronze Steed.

You can go in swamps between 4.45 and 6.30 am (or close enough) to find dewy's lady mantles too. And dont forget ants nest, with 30+ survival and a bit of luck, good LP.
But if you have the PER*EXP and the luck, I agree that Gleimermoss and Chiming Bluebells are very very good.

It can be acquired by harvesting a Lady's Mantle at dawn between the hours of 4:45 and 7:15 in-game.

With much luck and ptience you might grab a Ruby Dragonfly at swamps - i only get them at dawn aswell
