Can you move doors?

I built a log cabin, the door got covered by my house, please tell me i can like build another door or move it?

No, log cabin doors always point East, while timber houses and stone mansions always point South.

If the house is covering (not blocking) the door, you can use Ender' s client to hide the house.

It's blocking my door completely, what should i do?

You have a big problem then, I recommend getting a battering ram built so you can destroy the log cabin.
