I can't get in the game

Can someone help me get in the game?

-Go to the Java Control Panel (On Windows Click Start and then Configure Java or just search for "configure java" using the windows search feature)
-Click on the Security tab
-Click on the Edit Site List button
-Click Add in the Exception Site List window
-Enter the url to Haven and Hearth (http://www.havenandhearth.com)
-Click OK to save the URL that you entered
-Click Continue on the Security Warning dialog

This should work, I hope it helps
