eg. If the stake is inside of pallisade how do I know it?

pclaim and vclaim have different colours (Custom clients have toggles for show claims)

pclaims are inaccessible when having no rights - so you'd need to turn on Criminal Acts to access them (you'll leave scents)

when a pclaim stake is inside a Palisade and you want to check whether you could destroy it because of 4 weeks inactivity you'd need to break the Pali first
