Special Helmets?

I have seen a phew avatars here on the forum with Helmets that i never seen before. Not in the crafting menu aswell for example the wolfhat with the red eyes and the Leather or Bronze helmet with gold on top of it.

I'm sure i seen the Wolf hat ingame but i do not know how to get one?

The wolf cape is one of the choices when you get a cape. To get a cape you need to report a game-breaking bug or something like that (I got a cape for suggesting the Creamy Cock ).

The helmet is Dragon Helm.
