How to increase maximum stamina

I would like to increase my maximum stamina, i feel that my waterflask just doesn't get me far enough, at least not with a river side. So is there anyway i can increase my maximum stamina?

Carry a second waterflask and you doubled the stamina you can regain.

and fill them with higher Q water, and they last longer for the amount of stamina they refill!

I don't think there's anyway to increase your maximum stamina....

What I think I do know is that you can minimize the amount of stamina needed for doing stuff, e.g. more strength = less time spent destroying = less stamina lost. (Stamina is lost for every 'tick' you do on an object. More strength, less ticks.)

I can't believe that guy has been playing since April and thinks that Constitution affects stamina outside swimming
