The Art of Marksmanship.

Postby Ahhburn » Wed Nov 24, 2010 11:07 pm

So I have decided I'd like to get into some hunting but I'm not quite sure where even to begin. I have a pitiful q4 sling and a q18 Wooden Bow I found. I have about 7 MM at the moment, obviously I know this isn't near enough. What is a realistic MM level to begin sling hunting? What should I do with the Wooden Bow..? Just hold onto it? I don't even know how to make arrows.

Use sling .. Bow take too much time to fill the meter so wait until you have good MM Skill

Only partially answered my question. What is considered an acceptable MM level to start sling hunting?

That's all? Is that enough to start taking out foxes with a q4 sling?

Ouch... Q4 sling... That's gonna take a long time :?

If you can get to Nople, I'd be happy to provide you with a q116 sling, free och charge :)

Oh dang, I'd love to and that would be fantastic but I'm a pretty long way off from Constantinople and even if I had the time I don't know that I'd be able to find my way!

make buckets for a few hours and buy trespassing/thieving. then go steal all the gear you need to get started which is the only way to catch up at this stage of the game.

q4 sling......

lol, i had stolen a box of q300 - 350 slings within a few hours of starting again
