Do I need Murder to kill players?

i was wondering it says you can initate combat with other players but can you kill them? or do you need murder to kill them? :?:

You need murder.
Began in World 3:
Bishop Lawspeaker of The Den of Badgers

or you can starve your enemys by brick-wallin the HF
W3 - Apolion, Terricieil (old & new), Westedge & Saltmummys other place.
W4 - Quahog
W5 - Yggdrasil (now gone) - New Yggdrasil.

What would prevent them from building another HF if they come to world on place they logged out? + just a friend in nearby village i enough to put you out in case you get stuck into that. Imho not worth bothering with 20 wrough iron and 500 bricks.

But.. What stats are needed to murder someone else? does it have to be high?

If you can do enough damage to k.o. someone, I am pretty sure you can murder him/her.
