1. How much str does it take to destroy a palisade with a ram after the new update?

2. Does a ram also decay when you destroy something with it or only when you move with it?

Why don't you just calculate it yourself like a person who isn't mentally retarded?

Soak is 25. Ram is 20 damage. So the soak you need to overcome is 5; you need to deal 6 damage to deal 1 damage per tick, and damage is sqrt(str) rounded down. So you need 6 * 6 = 36 Strength to solo a palisade segment on a battering ram.
