Question of theives

So is a thief able to protect himself from being force summoned at all? Or can he always be force summoned no matter what as long as the Hearth fire is on screen?

He can make his scents harder to detect with higher Stealth*Intelligence, although it'd require really high Stealth and Int as most people have over 1500 Per*Exp.

I think that's what you meant.

No I mean can they physically protect themselves from being force summoned? Like putting palisades around his Hearth Fire.

Out of curiosity wouldnt it just make more sense to just have a theif char who only got thieving skills and have him place his hearth where ever and pass off the good to your actual main?

That's why there's an ability to track the stolen item.

It's a three option tree menu, track perpetrator, track stolen object, and track hearth fire.

Usually trying to track the perp ends up in them being offline, the bastards. lol
