A plea for information

So, I find myself in need of information on a wide scale that I'd like to have fairly quickly. It has come to my attention how grossly inaccurate and out of date the wiki is and I need information to fix it. I prostate myself before the forum and beg you to please either post or message me, or edit in information yourself, on equipment! In particular, information on agility penalties and positives is lacking.

If you are wearing anything that gives or takes agility, please share information on: Quality, Type of Equipment, Bonuses and Penalties it gives. Even if someone else posts information identical to what you would post, please share it anyway so that it can be confirmed that it is correct. Thank you everyone!

Edit: I should note that agility lost changes with quality, which is why the data is needed.
