Hunting Strategy?

Hello,

So lately I joined an village but I get rid of drying those little rabbit furs, I have an 7q sling (not really good) but could someone give me some tips about hunting animals, now when animals destroy fences I just like I have nothing in my head how to hunt them...
And i should have 5-10 markmanship to hunt a fox right?

Shoot them from a boat. Chase them down and punch them.

I really rarely see animals close to the water and i don't know if i can punch them to dead.

And one more thing wath best bow or sling?

Then don't hunt yet.

Bows do more damage than slings but you need much more Marksmanship to use them properly. Slings should be fine for casual hunting.

And how many markmanship should i get to kill an fox without nothing with an leather armor q10?

You only need 10 marksmanship to hunt anything, it'll just take longer the less marksmanship you have. Honestly boars are probably easier to hunt than foxes anyway because they're easier to catch when they start to run.

I mean for the hp reason ; does it's possible to kill an fox with 10mark and an leather armour q10

If you're not hunting from a boat then you'll need to worry about UA more than MM, because your defense will be broken quicker than you can attack.

And if you are hunting from a boat then armor doesn't really matter since you won't be engaging the animal until they start to flee.

But, if Im on a boat and hit for example an fox, then my friend close him in fences and fox will start to flee will he destroy thoses fences?
