I can't place a table anywhere at all, says "can't build that here."
I've tried on 3x3 paved area, dirt, clay, cave...
If this is a bug, please move thread to bug forum. tia

Well... this really stinks.. so.. I have a table and chair inside.. still can't build a cupboard.. or well.. mmm is this some kind of guessing game .. what to do or find next???? I'm getting very discouraged w/ this shit !!!!!!!!!! can't even get another client to work... ... .... ......... ........ disgusted and tired of playing a game that seems like .. oh and I have hides... and still can't build a tanning tub.. wtf am I doing wrong?? or IS THIS FKED UP??? SO DISCOURAGED ...... blah ..

I find if fun discovering things. If you check any of the many other threads about cupboards you can see you require yeomanry to make them.
If you check the custom client threads such as Ender, or the new one for all of them, you can see workaround fixes that have been implemented to get them started.
You just need the required skills and to have seen the ingredients used for things to build them.
