How do I meet up with people?

Hello there. I just started playing H&H 1-2 days ago. My brother used my hearth secret so we could find each other which was nice but I have one question. How would I find a certain person or his/her village? Is there some way to describe coordinates to people? Is there a way I can teleport there? I'm planning on asking to join someone's village via the forums and I'm wondering how I can find them without making a new character.

Well, there is two ways to travel to places.

Method one: Get someones HS, get into a party with them, and follow the arrow. A few hours-most fo the day later, you should get there...

Method two(recommended):Get enough STR to break your HF, break it, get everything you want to take, get into a party with the village leader and get him to do the oath of honor, log out, log in, and select the village idol start. Please be aware, that yuor TW will be at 100%, so you may need someone to let you out of the gate.

Thanks for the quick reply. Now that I think about it, I remember inviting my brother to my party and seeing the arrow.

How much STR do you need to break your HF? Also, what does having TW do? The wiki doesn't really say.

TW = Travel Weariness, it is filled up whenever you teleport(HF, Crossroads etc.) adn you can get rid of it from smoking, sleeping, or drinking wine/beer. Also, I could break mine at around 35 STR(With alot of tea haha)but bear talisman/capes help alot with that.

If you have no hearth fire you can teleport to the village idol just like travelling to your hearth at max travel weariness. No need to log off or anything, you can just teleport to village.

Any scents you leave will also point to that idol if someone tracks HF I believe, not 100% sure on that one. I know it works that way for charter stones.

I don't think scents point to you scenes you can force someone someone without a HF even if they are in a village. Though I haven't tried can someone more experienced lend some light on this.

25 strength is the minimum needed to destroy your hearth if you have a stone axe equipped, but it takes close to an hour, including a LOT of breaks for food and water.

at 25 you do 5 damage, isn't the soak 5? meaning you do 0 damage at 25str.

Stone axe adds 1 damage, pickaxe 2, sledge 4.
