question about item dropped

I was harvesting linen. In the menwhile i was doing so, i've put some seed in a cupboard, coming back and the linen on the ground where disappeared.
Now, not 20 minuts or 5 minuts, we are talking about seconds.

Maibe the system have a randomm refresh of the dropped items and don't see if they are in the ground for few seconds? Now my fibres are gone and i've harvested half camp uselessly and the game force you to have fibres on ground, so, what it mean?

What happened, is the first time this happen so fast. O.o

If you men want use this random refresh terrain system totally blind to timers, at last do not auto drop stuff on ground, can't i loose all i work only for your choose of programmation, the harvest is dangerous, better not harvest. What's the meaning of this!!

i deal with lag-crash and bugs. Is a free game.

But about devs confusion, is quite weird deal with it.
If they wanna auto refresh the cliend, why they put stuff on the ground when you harvest O.o? Just to loose it?
I do my best to avoid bugs, is nonsense that the game try to make you loose stuff in any way he can.

is what i do. And like a human, seconds are needed.
And like i told stuff has gone in few seconds.

Something can't be avoided so easily if a machine is fastest than you, taking up fibres to fibres, or 5 fibres, or 1 fibres at time.
When the world refresh and youre harvesting linen, you lost stuff. You need to be really lucky to not lost anything, and my 14 seconds to free my inv that was full, aren't a "fault".

Why should stuff be on ground while i harvest?
Ther's no way that you not lose anything in the middle of a refesh.

So, why?

The area can't refresh while you're still in it. However, as soon as you leave it (by entering your house), all bets are off.
I assumed this was changed in W5, so that items are kept on the ground even when the area is unloaded, but apparently not.

Although a question arises: why are your harvesting cupboards inside instead of next to the field, where they belong?

Those that you temporarily use for storing and sorting seeds by quality, yes.

there is not a way to know when the server will refresh so i DONT harvest?
Ther's NO WAY that you not lose something when you harvest, half of crops go on ground in that few seconds, so at last know when someone better do not harvest if don't wanna loose stuff?


(and i'm still waiting to know why should stuff go on the ground.)
